As part of the extensive restoration process of Fabra&Coats – a former textile factory that drove the growth of the Sant Andreu neighborhood in northern Barcelona – the project transforms an abandoned site into a park, giving it a second life. In addition, the various proposed operations seek to bridge the two scales that were generated in the former industrial context: that of large factory buildings and that of small workers’ houses.
