With a built area of 3,570 m², the building is designed as a coherent and functional unit, reinforcing the unified image of an industrial complex located in Montebelluna, in the Italian province of Treviso. The project embraces a clear and essential architectural language, where operational efficiency and formal identity are integrated in a balanced way.
The defining structural element of the building is its roof, supported by three large metal tie rods and a structural system of primary and secondary truss beams. This solution allows the interior space to be completely free of columns, creating a large, unified area with a generous usable height. The resulting volume is simple yet imposing, ensuring high flexibility for organizing logistical activities and facilitating the free movement of vehicles, machinery, and goods.
The basement contains a parking garage with an entrance of its own, with pedestrian walkways clearly separated from vehicular traffic to guarantee safety and functionality. On the logistics floor, the program is organized in large operational areas, plus compartmentalized zones for offices and services.
The building's envelope is based on the repetition of structural modules and a restrained design language. The facades show a regular sequence of loading docks with vertical openings that ensure adequate ventilation and natural light. Opaque surfaces are executed by means of prefabricated concrete panels with a metallic gray finish, reinforcing the industrial look of the complex. The roof incorporates continuous skylights that give the workspaces overhead lighting, reducing the need for artificial illumination.
The floor prioritizes efficient flows, with a clear separation between vehicular and pedestrian routes, besides central areas that can be easily reconfigured according to the company’s changing needs.
